Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and local VAT levied by your destination country once the package reaches customs. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. For major European destinations, our standard YunExpress service clears European customs via dedicated hubs to minimize clearance delays.

At Autobahn88, customer satisfaction and engineering confidence are our highest priorities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a full refund, returned merchandise must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be brand new, uninstalled, and unused.
- Must be in original factory packaging with all included o-rings, brackets, hardware, or accessories intact.
- Fittings or hoses showing signs of fuel/oil contamination, thread damage, or test-fitting galling are ineligible for refund due to safety protocols.
Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
- Customer-Initiated Returns (Wrong Size / Change of Mind): Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label and covering the return postage. All returns must be sent via a tracked postal or courier service.
- Restocking Fee: We charge $0 Restocking Fee (No hidden deduction on approved returns).
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If an error occurred on our part or the item arrived damaged, Autobahn88 covers 100% of all return shipping costs or dispatches a free replacement immediately.
3-Step Return Procedure
- Request Return Authorization: Email our customer support team at store@autobahn88shop.com with your Order Number (e.g., #AUTO88WEB8888) and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Receive RMA & Return Address: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the closest return warehouse address. Domestic US customers can return parcels directly to our US depot in Pomona, California, using their own shipping label.
- Dispatch & Provide Tracking: Ship the parcel using your preferred carrier (with tracking) and email us your tracking number so we can monitor the shipment.
